Obsidian Inbox | Plugin

An Obsidian plugin allowing you to receive files in your vault via a REST API, like an inbox.

This GitHub repo contains the source code of the plugin for Obsidian. The repository of the API is available here.

Installation

  1. Download the ZIP file of the plugin from the latest release.
  2. Open Obsidian and go to the settings.
  3. Click on "Community plugins" in the left menu.
  4. Open the plugins folder by clicking the folder icon next to "Installed plugins".
  5. Create a folder named obsidianinbox-plugin and place the contents of the ZIP inside.
  6. Restart Obsidian and return to the settings to enable the plugin.

You will need to set up the API on a remote or local server for the plugin to work correctly. See the instructions here.
