brat (beta, auto-updating)

BRAT installs plugins straight from github and keeps them updated:

  1. install brat by obsidian42 from community plugins
  2. brat → add beta plugin → paste 7368697661/moon
  3. enable moon in settings → community plugins

manual (git clone)

clone the repo into your vaults plugins folder:

cd (vault)/.obsidian/plugins
git clone https://github.com/7368697661/moon.git

then reload obsidian (cmd/ctrl+r) and enable moon in settings → community plugins.

notes

  • desktop only (needs a real cursor). also should respect reduce motion.
  • the cat curls up to sleep after a few seconds of no mouse movement.
