Create Folder at Note Location

This is a very simple Obsidian plugin that adds a command to create a folder at the location of the current active note.

There is a preference that can be set to also create a file in the newly created folder that is the same name as the folder. I do this because I use the Waypoint plugin and this automatically creates a folder note for the folder.
