floating -toc Plugin

Thanks to the floating-toc plugin for the inspiration, but since it had not been updated for a long time and was not compatible with new ob such as multi-window, I refactored the plugin and added a lot of features. Now the size of the plugin has been significantly reduced (only one thirtieth of the original), the functionality has been increased, and the performance has been improved.

About Floating TOC

Key Features

1. work well in reading mode or source mode
2. The table of contents tracks the current scrolling position and highlights it synchronously
3. ctrl + click on the floating toc to collapse/expand the current directory.
4. Support popout multi-window mode
5. Support synchronized display of current header and parent header
6. Turn on more appearance settings. Please install the style setting plugin
7. Supports title search. Default shortcut key alt+f activates.
