Notion Table

Create editable Notion-style simple tables directly inside Obsidian Markdown notes.

Notion Table is an independent community plugin and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.

Features

• Edit cells directly in reading view.
• Add, insert, duplicate, clear, and delete rows or columns.
• Drag column dividers to resize column widths.
• Use a configurable minimum row height while content expands rows automatically.
• Drag across cells to select a rectangular range.
• Merge and split cells from the selection handle.
• Apply colors to cells, rows, and columns.
• Enable an optional header row.
• Navigate with Tab and Shift + Tab.
• Insert a row below the current cell with Cmd/Ctrl + Enter.

Table data is stored inside a notion-table fenced code block in the current Markdown file. No external database is required.

Usage

1. Open a Markdown note.
2. Run 插入 Notion 表格 from the command palette, or select the table icon in the ribbon.
3. Edit and manage the rendered table directly in reading view.

Installation

Community plugins

Once the plugin is listed in the Obsidian Community directory:

1. Open Settings → Community plugins.
2. Search for Notion Table.
3. Select Install, then Enable.

Manual installation

Download main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css from the latest GitHub release and copy them into:

<vault>/.obsidian/plugins/notion-table/

Restart Obsidian and enable Notion Table under Settings → Community plugins.

Compatibility

• Obsidian 1.5.0 or later.
• Desktop only for the initial 1.0.0 release. Mobile support will be enabled after dedicated mobile testing.

Privacy

Notion Table:

• does not make network requests;
• does not collect analytics or telemetry;
• does not require an account;
• only reads and updates the Markdown note containing the table being edited.

Development

Node.js 18 or later is required.

Notion Table 可以在 Obsidian Markdown 笔记正文中插入并直接编辑 Notion 风格简单表格，支持增删行列、动态行高、拖动列宽、矩形多选、单元格合并与拆分、颜色和标题行。

表格数据保存在当前笔记的 notion-table 代码块中，不联网、不收集遥测，也不依赖外部数据库。
