Pinned Tab Utils

This plugin adds behavior that makes pinned tabs always go to the left of the tab bar, with new tabs opening to the right of the pinned tabs, to more closely mimic the behavior of some web browsers.

Features

  • Pinned tabs automatically move to the left end of the tab bar
  • Additional pinned tabs go to the next available slot to the right of the existing pinned tabs
  • Unpinning a tab moves it to the right of the pinned tabs

Installation

  1. Install and enable BRAT through the Community Plugins
  2. Open the Obsidian settings, and navigate to the BRAT settings page
  3. Click the "Add beta plugin" button
  4. Paste the link to this repository in the Repository field
  5. Make sure the "Enable after installing the plugin" box is checked
  6. Click the "Add plugin" button
